This includes a bi-monthly up date
to City/State, ZIP+4, ZIPMove, DPV and eLOT
data, Mail STAR, Mail-LIST, MailDPV, Mai lSERVE
executables, DLL’s and help files
Standard Support:
Installation support is available for thirty
days from receipt of the installation DVD.
Product support is available throughout the
license period. Error reports receive a response
within one business day of receipt of the report
and will be corrected within three business
days of receipt of a reproducible case.
Support Requests:
All support requests should
be submitted to support@aescass.com. Support
requests must describe how to reproduce the
error.
If necessary to reproduce the case, include
as an attachment any criteria or file description
files or a portion of the input address file
that includes the case being reported.
